Pretty horrible so far. We ordered a bike online understanding that it would be back ordered for a few months. Ready Set Pedal sent an email confirmation that the bike was shipping including a FedEx tracking number. Based on this we sold my daughter's old bike that weekend. The next week they send an email saying it hasn't shipped and won't ship until late summer. So now my 8 year old is without a bike the whole summer. Amazing experience! I’ve been looking for weeks for a Frog bike for our son,which during Covid-19 there is a current six month lead time from the factory. Chris helped guide me as to which model and size would be best based on our needs — and then noted they had a VERY gently used model in stock. What an amazing place! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. They are so responsive, knowledgeable and understanding! We purchased a bike from them even though we live across the country in New York. Their a long distance assistance has been truly remarkable! I recommend them to folks living nearby and to anyone else in the country!
Delayed my order to avoid honoring a special. Claimed the product was out of stock, but yet I could order the same helmet at a higher price.... I pointed this out to the customer service and they canceled my order with the excuse that they have not updated the website with "out of stock". So, I must ask how they found the time to increase the price?
