This review is not for the PT but for the billing process. I’m not sure why Ready Set Grow cannot send bills for me to review and pay, rather than requiring payment before an invoice is issued and asking that I keep a credit card on file for automatic charges. I simply never trust AUTOMATIC medical charges and it should be a reasonable ask to review detailed billing first to ensure it aligns with insurance calculations before paying. Yesterday we had a bitter sweet moment at Ready Set Grow, it was my son’s last OT session with Ms. Amy. I cannot believe she has been in our lives for 4 amazing years, without her we would probably be lost. Our son is going to miss his weekly sessions, especially Ms. Amy because she was his safe zone, he learned/listened so well to everything she introduced him to by Ms. Amy. Ready Set Grow has been great for my child. She loves coming each week and feels like it is fun, not work. I am so grateful for all the progress she has made and the suggestions I get to continue at home. Highly recommend!
