BEWARE. I submitted a $900 claim for items that were broken, damaged, or missing. I followed up six times after submitting a claim and no one would reply to my emails, calls, or texts. When I contacted their arbitration service, I learned that it would cost me $300 + HOURS of my time. This way of doing business is so slimy.

They worked quickly while taking great care of our belongings. Everything arrived safely and right on schedule. I highly recommend them.

3 man team did great. very efficient and did a great job wrapping large items for protection in the move. price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Omg. I cannot say enough truthfully negative things here because I'll run out of space before I can list it all. These movers broke, damaged, or lost just about every piece of furniture we had. I knew it was a problem as soon as they opened up the truck and all our stuff was leaning to one side like the Tower of Pisa. They gave no care about piling heavy stuff onto big stuff. Grace was so wonderful keeping open communicatin and coordinating the logistics of our move from NM to NC. The loading experience was good, the crew helped us understand the process and explained any averages our contents may cause and allowed us to make decisions thst best fit us. The time it took for the delivery was 36 days, and we were able to be prepared for that with the help of the constant updates and clear communication from Grace.
