Where do I even start with this mess? I received my household goods from MD and during the delivery, I was missing some boxes from the checklist. The driver said it was wrongly annotated. A few of my items were damaged and I am missing a few things as well. I tried calling the driver and he keeps rejecting my calls, not answering my messages. HORRIBLE!!! DON'T use this company. They try to rip you off by charging $60 for a box, charging you more than what you agreed to and take their time getting your items to you. Once you get them and they are damaged or missing, you NEVER hear back from them. I tried a handful of ways and times to get ahold of them with a claim and they also have made ZERO effort to get the item they left with me to the proper owners. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAMMERS!!!

I had my items delivered on August 2nd, and I was missing two bookshelves and a 50-inch Samsung TV. I submitted the claim form at the end of August, and they confirmed they received it. Since then, I have followed up repeatedly by email and text with no real response. They told me the TV was sitting in their warehouse, but because they “had no deliveries going in my direction,” they never brought it to me. Jose and his crew were amazing! They worked tirelessly, handled all of our fragile items with extreme care, and went above and beyond expectations. If you need to move, don’t hesitate — hire them! We’ll be using them for all our future moves. Totally worth it!
