First class service throughout. When we visited Reads store we were made to feel very welcome. Dan and team are so friendly and informative. We were choosing flooring and they have such an amazing choice so choosing took some time. We really appreciated their patience! Excellent selection of furniture and always something new to look at, Dan and Josh really know their stuff, both are polite and very patient. Another successful visit to have more furniture from Reads installed in our house.
As soon as we entered the showroom, Dan made us feel at ease and at home, good job really as we then spent the next hour or so sitting and laying on his great choice of sofas, a mistake we had made in the past by not sitting on sofas long enough. We found our perfect 3 piece and Dan was a great person to deal with, keeping us informed regarding delivery etc
