Jo Anne Scott Noye was an unprofessional physiotherapist. She did not listen to what I had to say and tried to tell me my general physician has misdiagnosed me. She was very demeaning and talked a lot about "my generation" in our meeting. I only had one session as I could tell she did not want to listen. My other experience here, I do not remember the physiotherapists name, misdiagnosed a broken patella with damaged miniscus/LCL leading to further injury. I have had a better experience at the Cornwall location.
The appointment was very thorough and informative. It was a huge help towards recovery and the exercises are working
I got so much good information and lightbulbs switching on in terms of movement patterns and how they are contributing to dysfunction I'm experiencing. I learned a ton and it all resonated. He took the time to explain everything in such detail, and he pieced things together really quickly. I got more out of this one hour session than in months with other practitioners. 10/10 recommend!
Levi was wonderful . He was very throughly and very genuine. He took time to answer my questions and seemed to be very caring. I thought he was great. I have always put off going to physio. Because I'm very uncomfortable. But Levi made me feel very comfortable and I can say he made the experience very enjoyable.I was very comfortable. He's very good at what he does and Im very happy that he was my therapist. I highly recommend him .
Admin support were very helpful and efficient. Daniel was thorough, supportive and clear. I have great confidence in him and look forward to working with him in the months ahead. Thank you!
