Keegan is an outstanding physio. I very happy to have the benefit of his knowledge and experience. Very nice person and professional.
First visit so far, but Keenan and the staff were very friendly. Keenan assessed my knee pain and gave me some simple workouts that I can do from home (based on my available gear). Can't wait to see if my knee pain lessens! 🤞
He performed a detailed assessment and identified what muscle groups to focus on and then gave a me a series of exercises to do at home. He walked me through each exercise assessed where I am at this time and advised in how many reps and added weight.
