Kendra was on time, professional, knowledgable and Focussed Sensitive to my needs and goals. Aware of my “weaknesses” and gave clear directives to prevent me from “overdoing” it. The program outlined is do-able and practical. i feel more confident now that i can progress without surgery. i can certainly recommend her

Hi had a first booking today. I immediately felt at ease with Chad. He listened, took interest in my pain history and quickly devised a first step plan with acupuncture and manual manipulation of my wrist with a plan to follow up if needed.
Not enough good things could be said about reactivate Muskoka. The staff are incredible, and the knowledge is just overwhelming in the best ways. I walked in, slumped over in so much pain and left walking tall with a game plan for my back. So grateful for Dr. Arlidge!
