Sara was very professional and kind, she went through exercises with me and emailed them to me as well so that I could do them between appointments. Recovery did not take very long and Sara always reached out to see how I was going. Would thoroughly recommend her and am very grateful to have found her.
Sarah has helped me several times now with a couple of sports injuries. Her personalised care, clear explanation and an effective treatment plan has helped. Five star all the way!!
