I saw Collette for acupuncture, she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she made me feel very comfortable and also had great results for my menstrual pain. highly recommend seeing her :)
I have had a few sessions with Collette and each time I walk out feeling better! She is of the value that hard pain isn’t the fix, she works with a pain scale and won’t push it too hard but massages/puts tension on the muscle to release the knots and pressure. Not only did I receive an amazing massage, but I also learned how I can keep my body healthy at home. Collet’s knowledge is phenomenal, and I am walking away from her table pain-free! Highly recommend
I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life- after just one treatment with Colette I’m confident she’s one of the most skilled therapists I’ve received treatment from. She is knowledgeable in so many different techniques. I saw her for acupuncture while she was a student at MacEwan, where she improved my health significantly- I can’t wait until she begins offering acupuncture this year
I saw Collette for a massage this last week, and I can’t say enough! She provided me with an assessment at no charge so she could evaluate my posture, the state of my muscles, and she even looked at my gait (?!) - it was exceptional. Then the treatment. I came in for low back pain, as I’ve had sciatica for many years at this point.
