I have had a few sessions with Collette and each time I walk out feeling better! She is of the value that hard pain isn’t the fix, she works with a pain scale and won’t push it too hard but massages/puts tension on the muscle to release the knots and pressure. Not only did I receive an amazing massage, but I also learned how I can keep my body healthy at home. Collet’s knowledge is phenomenal, and I am walking away from her table pain-free! Highly recommend
I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life- after just one treatment with Colette I’m confident she’s one of the most skilled therapists I’ve received treatment from. She is knowledgeable in so many different techniques. I saw her for acupuncture while she was a student at MacEwan, where she improved my health significantly- I can’t wait until she begins offering acupuncture this year
I saw Collette for a massage this last week, and I can’t say enough! She provided me with an assessment at no charge so she could evaluate my posture, the state of my muscles, and she even looked at my gait (?!) - it was exceptional. Then the treatment. I came in for low back pain, as I’ve had sciatica for many years at this point. Collete's massage therapy is the best I have had. Whatever the pain of the moment is, she always know how to treat it and leave me as good as new. Our sessions are very relaxing and she is very kind.
