My child suffers from a croup cough every time they catch a cold. It is very severe and often requires steroids for the inflamation of the airways. Looking for an option to avoid medicating I thought id try the salt room. The results were incredible. We would be up for 3 hours in the middle of the night to steam in the bath to settle the cough enough to sleep. After 1 treatment they slept through the night. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Re/wind, and I can't recommend it enough! Cait provided an absolutely amazing massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, especially in the serene atmosphere of the salt room.
