I first began my Revitalize program in early September. As a little background, I have battled my weight since I was a child. I have never been able to maintain a healthy weight, especially after having children. When I started in September, I could not do one flight os stairs without stopping or even walk to my car in a parking lot. I did the stage 1 into stage 2 and have been losing ever since. ***SCAM ALERT*** The small print in the contract will have you agree in to a $100 a month fee for coaching. They say that you need to call in to cancel if you’re not gonna use it. While this was an oversight on my part, I never used their coaching and never called in to cancel. When I noticed the charges over a year later they were aware and acknowledge that I never used the Service but they also never bothered to stop billing me $100 a month. Revitalize is an excellent program. It is not a yo-yo diet, but rather a lifestyle change. I learned a great deal about how foods can help to heal my gut, ignite my metabolism and help me live a healthy life. Coach Krystal was extremely knowledgeable, listened, and offered support and guidance. If something was not working, she helped me figure out why and taught me how to combine foods that worked best for me. I reached my goal weight and am now working towards building some muscle.
