The glasses did not work for me at all. I tried them for 28 days, 1 hour per day. They also pinch my temples and give me a bad headache each time. I contacted re-timer and they refused to honour their 30 day return policy as I had purchased off Indiegogo, but this purchase link was on the re-timer website and the only option to buy the v3, so this is very misleading.
I have been very pleased with my Re-Timer light therapy goggles. The science is well-established regarding light therapy. The convenience of the goggles over a light box is significant, as I can move around the house while wearing the googles. The company is reliable and has been very kind and generous in all its dealings with me. I highly recommend Re-Timer, its staff and its products.
After using this, i have a really good sleep everyday
Brilliant product, it has changed my life. I was in a constant battle with my body clock and felt constantly jet lagged but I am now able to get up and function at a time that fits in with the rest of the world.
Not bad, but the glasses may not work for everyone. Be advised the plug is mini usb, which is a bit dated. I purchased during a Black Friday sale and found the price then to be acceptable. After support is decent, but you are mostly on your own once you own the glasses. May need a sleep study/help from a GP still for sleep improvement. That being said, I may be an outlier, and this product might work great for you. The benefit offered is worth attempting as Re-Timer gives you a return window.
