He got what needed to be done fine for an uncontested simple divorce but didn't explain things well at times and was quite rude at times when questions were asked. Once 30 minutes was spent on the phone asking about something he didn't explain well and every time he repeated the same thing when clearly it wouldn't be asked again (even in different ways) if what he was saying made any sense.
