They used to be good (5 stars before), but I think something may have happened to the owner. He used to do good tax work, but the attention to detail changed, and I did not receive responses to my calls or emails, and eventually he simply failed to file my taxes after being paid.
They used to be good (5 stars before), but I think something may have happened to the owner, and they started letting inexperienced people do the work - but not informing clients. He used to do good tax work, but then I started getting emails from his office email with strange questions asking for unnecessary information that did not relate to my tax situation. Then for the last year I used him, he simply failed to file my taxes after being paid.
unprofessional, got back to them for irs inquires - got ignored/not taken seriously
