After a overnight hike and starting a new driving job, I had some really tight muscles. Ali was welcoming, friendly and I really appreciated the explanation of how specific muscles were able to be released. Definitely recommend Ali. What a superstar. Thankyou

Ali is a wonderful massage therapist. She is an excellent communicator and shows a great empathy in her practice too. I always leave floating on a pink cloud. I highly recommend Ali. A beautiful and skilled practitioner.
Ali listened to my concerns, was very knowledgeable and gave a great massage which included both remedial and relaxation techniques. Afterwards she gave me advice and some exercises to help me with my issues. Great experience :)
I had my first pregnancy massage with Ali this afternoon and I’m already feeling so much better. Ali’s knowledge and experience is second to none. All my muscular and nerve issues were explained in detail in our consult and at the beginning of the massage during her assessment. Ali is the first therapist that hasn’t been afraid to work on problematic muscles causing pain during pregnancy. The perfect combination of remedial work and relaxing left me floating. I’ve already booked in 2 more sessions over the coming weeks.
