I've seen both Simon and Roisin over the last few months with a knee injury and found them both exceptionally thorough and helpful. Facilities are great, so they were able to take me through rehab exercises in their own gym. I made strong progress very quickly, certainly much faster and better than I would have done without their help. Can't recommend highly enough.
Roisin is amazing! She is very thorough, ensuring she understood the problems I was having. The biggest difference I found was the breadth of rehab exercises provided, not just to reduce pain but to increase strength and overall performance and the ability to try these out and adjust form in the onsite gym facilities.
Can not praise enough the whole experience I have had with Re:play and especially Ronan who has helped me so much with my miniscus tear. Re:Play are simply the best physio environment I have ever experienced, head and shoulders above any other physio I have used. I can thoroughly recommend Re;play Sports Physio.
