The Happy Chair -- I am just getting started with the Happy Chair to aid in muscle strengthening. Andrea and Deb have been absolutely wonderful to with work with me to assure I am getting the greatest benefit from the chair. The chair is very easy to use. I will know more about results with time, but I feel confident that I am going to achieve the results I am looking for!!
These ladies are awesome! I've never treated myself to any space therapy. Now I'm asking myself, what were you thinking? I feel better already after only 3 visits. By better, I mean physically, mentally and emotionally! Re-Nu You is truly a full body, mind and soul experience. It's a treat that is really a necessity!

Love coming here when I am in town! The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable because I ask a lot of questions lol. I always feel like a new person when leaving. Check them out you will not be disappointed.
I was so nervous about trying Body Contouring at first, but everything went great and I actually lost a few inches on my first session! I definitely will be rebooking.
