Horrible company. RE Marketing stopped posting on my Facebook and when I reached out to them via email and calls (had to leave voicemails because nobody answers their phone) they never called me back or emailed me back. Totally ghosted me! Then I posted comments on their FB to contact me, now I’m blocked on there. My account representative has ghosted me, I paid a full year upfront and my account has been abandoned. Lucia is not returning my calls or emails. I would like my money back, contacting the BBB and their local chamber of commerce to resolve this issue.
