I've been going to re gen for over two years. Steven is very knowledgeable and has been instrumental in my recovery from injury. Love the free flex machine! It's a one of a kind machine that helps with flexibility and range of motion.
My daughter's and I found this location 2 year's ago looking for custom made soles and found alot more than that. We all love our soles they helped us immensely took away the aches in our legs and feet. I have also found the ice, heat and hyperbaric chamber sessions extremely life changing. I am now able to run without feeling extreme fatigue with out feeling like I will pass out.

I get my orthotics from Steven at Re-Gen Fitness and Recovery. Steven knows the body and has the expertise to help advise on steps to take for any issues you might be dealing with. He’s been a major help for me and any back issues that arise. Highly recommend this gym and staff as they are top notch.
