Highly recommend! I oftentimes take the first flight out of RDU, so I need a pickup around 4:30 AM. The drivers are always prompt, courteous, and helpful. The SUVs themselves are quite nice: clean and comfortable. Since my apartment complex has a security gate, I appreciate the fact that I can communicate exact instructions to the driver as to how to operate the call box, then enter the complex and find my apartment. Uber and Lyft do not offer this feature which results in missed rides.

Used RDU-BC for the first time this week for drop off and pick up from RDU. Excellent communication, professional driver, clean comfortable car, and AMAZING customer service! I accidentally hit the wrong pick up date and didn’t realize it until I was on my flight home. Chris was super responsive and had a car there waiting for us. HIGHLY recommend them and I will for sure use them as my go to car service.

Our first experience with RDU black car in Durham NC was exceptional! We hired a VIP SUV to take 6 members of the bridal party to the wedding venue in Chapel Hill. From the start, they handled the entire process with professionalism and excellent communication, even arriving 10 minutes early for pick up to the great relief of the bride who was understandably nervous.
