Purchased a washer, dryer, door and locks. The door the owner recommended did not fit. Took the door back and was charged a restock fee. The owner yelled, cussed me out then went into his office and locked his door. He is blessed for Shane and Randy to be such wonderful business men and exceptional people. His son made a fair deal and acknowledged the sign regarding the restock notice had been covered upa and not visible to customers. The owner was rude on both visits. Ray Thomas has been in business for many years! NO he dosnt take credit cards cause it's just to much trouble.They have everything you need for mobile homes as well as he decor.ive seen some negative posts about getting cusses out and have an attitude you have to speak up and clearly as he does wear hearing aids He does not do refunds but if you talk to him like a human being he will swap some stuff out
Does not accept debit or credit cards, didn’t tell me that when I called for parts availability, had to go to bank and get cash; otherwise good to do business with….
