Ray Thomas has been in business for many years! NO he dosnt take credit cards cause it's just to much trouble.They have everything you need for mobile homes as well as he decor.ive seen some negative posts about getting cusses out and have an attitude you have to speak up and clearly as he does wear hearing aids He does not do refunds but if you talk to him like a human being he will swap some stuff out
Does not accept debit or credit cards, didn’t tell me that when I called for parts availability, had to go to bank and get cash; otherwise good to do business with….
Called about a refund of a door I recently purchased because the homeowner changed their mind. A simple yes or no question. Instead I was met with hostility and talked down to like a dog . We don't do refunds here. If you can't make your mind up we don't need your business around here.Have a good day ya here. click hung up the phone.
The owner needs to retire ASAP. He's rude and disrespectful, he'll cuss you out and tell you you don't know what you're talking about. I've dealt with one of his sons one time and I would 100% go more if he took over.
