Worst delivery service ever. Very unprofessional, lack of communication, very slow delivery times. No one should ever use their services let alone work there.
Driver put large ruts in driveway and never fixed. Three different people call me for pictures, Henry,Rachael & Sonja but no one has every taken care of it.
I remember RDS when bike messengers was the way to get your package delivered. I can honestly say I was honored to be part of the RDS elite bike messenger team my Id number was 7131 aka Miguel Crespo. Larry,David,Jose and last but not least Junior you guys are like a family to me and I can honestly say I was blessed and honored to work with you guys back in the 90's
