Took 10 months to get my parts. I emailed and never got a response, I called many many times and nobody picks up the phone or returns messages. The 2 times I did finally get someone on the phone I was told I’d get a phone call back about my order ( never got one) and my order would ship in a month( never happened). After starting to lose my mind from wasting my time on these people, I contacted the parent company canekast.
