Lately the service RDNS provide for the elderly is not acceptable. They are not a reliable service. Please try and avoid using RDNS services in Adelaide. They only give stress to the elderly and not service. I am going to report about their service to Age Care
I did have a very good cleaning service via ESAR via RDNS now RDNS send out people who aren't cleaners. The comparison is a towel bath in hospital to a shower. It's been 2 months now, the latest was a Thursday call saying Fridays cleaner would arrive at 1230pm. At 1220pm I checked no car out front. 1230 no one. So checked my phone. (Due to problems with my line I cannot receive private numbers which RDNS know about.)had private number call at 1128am yes 1128am. Then private call 1153am. I can't speak highly enough about the nurses and team coordinator at RDNS Silverchain. Thoroughly professional, very knowledgeable and i was always treated with respect and care. I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel before being put into their care. They put the GPs that I had dealt with to shame. Their work is absolutely critical. Bless their cottons I say
