Just a short note to express my thanks, to an amazing team of nurses. I have been a client of RDNS/SILVERCHAINS for approximately 14 years. Using both community nursing and specific needs , as my conditions change. Not only are these nurses incredibly professional, they are warm, friendly , care, and show the utmost respect, with regard to privacy and treatment. Overcharging for services that were not delivered. When I complained about the charges I was told they changed their policy that cancelled visits need to be 48 hours ahead. I was never notified of this and the website says 24 hours notice. It’s illegal to enforce 48 hours notice when the website advertises 24 hours. I haven’t had a service since early August and I still get new charges every month. I complained and was told some charges would be removed but they haven’t. I had a regular lady cleaner Raylene she was great.since I was in hospital iget random cleaners some who aren't cleaners.The men cleaners are not doing the job I need a regular lady cleaner what is the point if I have to try to redo the cleaning and still pay for it.the man I had today very pleasant took 55 minutes to do what cleaners take 1and half hours to do it's not good enough.
