In summary RDNS service to pensioners is unprofessional. We have been using RDNS cleaning service for some time. Most cleaners are good. But the scheduling personnel are very unprofessional in their duties and in their responsibilities. RDNS must realize they are getting tax payers money for the service they provide to elderly. They cannot even do that. i wish the Age Care and the government should find better providers
