Fantastic local bike store. When I destroyed my bike in a crash the guys at r and d couldn’t have been more helpful and got me back on the road on a new bike, perfectly set up and quick turnaround. Highly recommended
Top blokes, came in at 10 and was out 5 minutes later. Highly recommend, gave some freebies in advice too!
I would recommend R&D for any servicing. Amazing customer service, tips and even sourced the uncommon parts i needed quickly and easily. Plus great comms with a phone call and text when my service was done. Super knowledgeable also My bike was serviced lovingly, with care and with the right level of gear i require. Not over sold - just good advice that was right for my cycling needs!
I had a small problem reassembling my bike. They helped me immediately, without hesitation, explaining where I had gone wrong. Great customer service. I wish I had R&D located close to me. They would be my ‘go to’ bike shop. Chris
I had a reoccurring issue with my TM RO1 which couldn't be sorted elsewhere. Five minutes with the legends at R&D and boom, fixed! Beyond happy.
