Brilliant service and excellent staff. These guys assisted me when I experienced a puncture. I had not previously ventured into this store with my inexpensive bike, as I presumed the bikes were high end. Jimmy was so welcoming and extremely helpful. When it was time to upgrade, Jimmy helped me search for the right bike and not with a high price tag. I bought a Specalized bike and I love it. Nothing is too much trouble for Jimmy and I commend him for such professional customer service and for his patience.

I have a few bikes (Gravel, Road & Fixxy) which are serviced by the good folks at R&D Cycles. Their mechanics are top notch and operate in a compressive and professionally equiped workshop. To date, I’ve dealt with Marty, Grant, John and Luke who are all impressively good at what they do and friendly to deal with. Highly recommended.
