Staff was so friendly and sweet to my daughter who was getting her first tattoo. AJ did a phenomenal job, he took the time to curate a design my daughter loved based off one of her sketches. She absolutely loved it. He's an extremely talented artist. They're huge on aftercare and offer everything you could need, but they never push products on you. I got some piercings done and everyone was really friendly & welcoming. The paperwork was explained clearly and I felt comfortable the entire time! Mikey was Phenomenal, very professional! Everything I needed my piercer to be, calm, cool, collected, quick, but walked me through the process step by step & gave me very clear aftercare instructions. I am healing up beautifully, now I can't wait to come back & get more work done!
Maisie is awesome!! I got my nipples pierced at River City Tattoo, and it was my first time getting a piercing. I was really nervous going in, but Maisie was really kind and reassuring, and it was over so fast and barely hurt at all (like a pinch), I was so surprised! It's been about a month and a half, and the piercings are healing super well, no issues! Maisie is awesome, can't recommend her enough! :) Thank you so much!!
AJ was awesome. I walked in and he was able to do 3 tattoos at a great price and was out of there in no time at all.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried a couple of times to get an Ashley piercing at this location as well as a helix for my daughter. The first attempt, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We waited over an hour and needed to leave. I made appointments for both piercings to be done. We got there early to do paperwork. I was told that the piercer there today couldnt to do the piercing I wanted (the Ashley).
