Called to inquire about a portable generator & transfer switch estimate. Heather was friendly and said someone who services my area would call me and set up an on-site visit. A week goes by and no call. I don't know about all the 4 star reviews but my experience with RCS was not very good. I had to move on to another vendor.
RCS is a wonderful company to work with: professional, caring, and definitely up to the job! My experience with Rafael and the two workers who came and worked hard in the sun to make sure I had a working generator before the hurricane season is commendable! I definitely, without hesitation, do recommend RCS Company to anyone looking for a reliable and prompt company for their generator needs!
I hired RCS electric to come and have a look at my generator and was amazed with their service and knowledge will be happy to leave this company in my kids hands if something happens to me Carlos Campos and sons
