The girls are so friendly. They are very informative and supportive of your journey. My favorite part is the gym with coach Alex. The workouts are tough but good. She is very motivating and cares about everything being done safely. I recommend 10/10.

I LOVE RCMC! I have been a part of this community since 2018 and have lost 80 lbs and completely changed my mindset about food. The staff is amazing and so very helpful and supportive! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
