I love this place! The coaches and staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone that attends is so motivating and encouraging which makes it feel like home. Their weight loss plans are legit I highly recommend.
I have been working out at RCMC for a month and just started my second week on my program and I have lost 11.6 freaking pounds!!!! Not only is that amazing but their team and coaches are truly there for you and want to help you be healthier! I cried a little after my check in this morning! I’ve struggled with my weight loss after having 3 kids and finally with all their support I’m seeing a difference!!! Thank you guys!!!
RCMC a game changer I have finally lost years of excess weight. I feel great and no more trying to find the right clothes to cover up my muffin top.
Unfortunately this program I was on did not help me lose weight at all nice staff super friendly But they took 1600 from me and I am still the same weight I started with I am seriously disappointed 😔 my dream was to lose so much weight start feeling good but it was such a rip off to me Just saying I hope how ever tries to lose weight don’t go there 😔
