I applied for my disability benefit not long time ago. Office staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always following up your concerns and notifying you of any issues. My disability benefit is approved I am very happy and highly recommended RCM Disability Office to everyone who needs help👍

Lawyer was a nice enough guy, but couldn't get the job done. But the worst thing I had to deal with when dealing with this office was an office worker named Reuben. I was going through a very bad time, was very depressed and anxious and this guy would call me and bark orders at me. He would speak over me, not allowing me to talk and sounded very condescending and belittling to me when speaking to me. I do not recommend Law Office of RCM Disability. My experience with this office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The staff was dishonest regarding their legal fees. They kept insisting the agreed fee was $6,000, while the contract clearly stated 25%. From the beginning, I repeatedly asked for a copy of the retainer agreement, and they refused to provide it until I reviewed it with SSA staff. I had a wonderful and easy experience applying for disability. I didn’t know how to apply myself so I turned to RCM disability for help. They were extremely professional and detailed with all the documents. They made the process seamless and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are extremely friendly and Chareta (the lady I communicated with the most) was very nice and very professional.
