AWFUL! Can not reach them! Been trying! No one answers or returns calls. Why be in business?
After using ACH to take HOA dues for 3 months, they stopped without notice. I contacted my HOA twice about the issue and they said they were looking into it. I finally paid the HOA, but then I received a letter from this accounting firm threatening to sue me. I never received any other notice and had contacted my HOA board about this issue. Extremely poor business practice.
We did our accounting in house when we were collecting $30,000 a year and it was manageable. Then in one years time we were collecting $345,000 a year and we were overwhelmed. The people at Richard C. Commons assisted us in a smooth transition to our more than ten fold increase in financial responsibilities in short order. We are very pleased with the work they do for us.
Our experience with Cindy and Rick could not have been worse. Had to terminate their 12 month contract after only 3 months because they missed all material deadlines and actively refused to communicate.
I travel from down town St. Pete to use their services. Always a pleasure, Very professional yet kind and compassionate. I am still amazed after all these years that Rick knows all the stuff that he does. I have tried others and they pale in comparison.
