RCB anti-fraud has been blocking genuine transactions on the weekends, preventing me from spending my own money. You cannot call as they are closed. So ultimately, you have to wait days before gaining access to your own funds. This is done to protect RCB, not the customer. I called the anti-fraud weekend line... and got voicemail. That is scary enough it has me questioning whether or not I want to continue using RCB for a bank. It's 2024 people.

The bank has got to have the most disorganized system and laziest employees. Recently I wrote a check out of a book I had not used in a while. It seems the bank returned the check because it had to many zeros in the first part of the account number. No one bothered to actually look at the check to see the actual number was the same. To make matters worse the bank employee was to lazy to contact me. Asked the vendor I wrote the check to to alert me. absolutely 0 for customer service...bye bye rcb
If you like 32 dollar overdraft fees per transaction then this is the bank for you. It is outrageous, so many banks dont even have a overdraft fee.
