I've had good experiences with this branch. They have been kind, helpful and pleasant when I've been in. I lost my debit card, and they replaced it within a few minutes. Whether I go inside or through the drive thru, they are always kind. I have only dealt with having checking accounts with them, so I cannot comment on any other services.
THE WORST BANK OF ALL TIME! Highly recommend ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE. They do NOT care about the customers whatsoever!!!

I can’t speak for the other branches but the people who work at the branch on 1st Street in Pryor Oklahoma are incredibly rude and unprofessional! The bank manager I’m not sure her name, she’s a blonde heavyset lady and she pretty much accused me of laundering money and presenting them a fake money order.
