Called today to open a checking account and saveing..not one person would talk to me about it !..I was passed around to 3 different people then back to first...what a garbage bank..disgusting
Saw reviews..credit checks and hidden fees..I'll stay with arvest..was going in to open a new account
This branch location is great and has always taken care of my needs. However, RCB bank in general is the worst bank you can get. HIDDEN CHARGES EVERYWHERE. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT EVERYDAY. $5 charges hidden everywhere. $2.50 paper statements they charge for account balances even though they tell you it’s electronic. Closing my account today due to poor management on RCB customer service side.
I’ve been banking with RCB for years and just opened a business account back in June. Absolutely no complaints! Everyone here is very easy to work with and great at making you feel right at home.
