If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This particular branch of this bank is so far out of line it's not even funny. My uncle has banked with this establishment for close to 20 years. My Aunt and Himself had a rough month last month, to the point of his acct going into the 500$ overdraft limit. This place charged him over half of that limit in "bounce protection" fees. 4 of these fees were from the same automatic payment being requested multiple times from one merchant.
