The lobby doesn't open until 9. The yp.com said lobby and drive thru open at 7.
Iv been a customer with Rcb bank for over 6 years now. Out of all the Rcb bank branches, the Owasso branch on 86th is the worse when it comes to customer service and care. Very slow service with tellers, everyone looks like they hate their job + its so behind on its updating inside. The president of the branch doesn't care about his customers.Iv switched my primary branch to claremore. I would highly recommend the claremore branch. Very respectful, atmosphere is welcoming and most of all caring to its customers.
Quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. Left my debit card in their Old style ATM. Employee first told me they hadn't been retrieved. When she found out I wasn't a customer, she told me it had probably already been retrieved and destroyed -- which is it? And was told even if it hadn't been destroyed - It was their policy to not return them. When asked why, I was told "I'm not paid to make policy - I'm only paid to enforce the policy".
