I have had some good experiences with the staff at 14th and Prospect. However at the Highland location, their ITM somehow lost a deposit in the amount of $550.00 not just mine but all the deposits overnight on 10/01/2020. In the middle of a pandemic they lost 550.00 and luckily a nice lady Cory at the 14th and Prospect branch gave me a provisional credit. But at the highland branch “Debbie” was very rude and said I would just need to wait 30 days until their investigation was done and stated that there wasn’t anything I coul... read more
