We sold a bunk bed. Had buyer pay with cashiers check. Turned it in to RCB. It was held and cleared with in 3 days. We paid moving company and sent bed out. # days later RCB took the money back and said it was a bad check. Now we are out $800 before Christmas with 5 kids. Thanks RCB.
This bank is really the best merging of corporate style/neighborhood bank. I'm self-employed, and with the many tweaks, ebbs and flows of my business, this bank has been extremely flexible, and helped me personalize my banking. At the same time, they have an excellent mobile app, and have all the high-tech amenities of your typical national/state-level bank. I love this bank!!!!
