You don't know how much you value a dishwasher until it stops working. We wanted a specific model and trim and called around everywhere only to hear that it would take two weeks to get one in. I then called RC Willey and was lucky enough to get Craig as my sales rep. Knowing I was having to travel from Idaho, he went above and beyond to get me taken care of and got me the exact dishwasher I needed in two days!!! You're the man Craig!
