I found the dining table and chairs that I was considering in the clearance section with a few scratches. They were too busy to help me there so they called someone up from another department. She was patient with my decision and expedited me to get done quickly once I decided. I called Will Call and they got it ready by the time I was back with a truck. The delivery guys were kind, efficient, helpful and happy. I appreciated their attitude the most.
I knew what I wanted to buy and was able to find it quickly with the help of your salesperson. I was an easy customer for him and I’m looking forward to getting my bed delivered and set up when I return in a couple weeks. I hope there won’t be any hiccups.
