Just received a call from this company, it was a wrong number call. The lady asked is this (the customers name)? I politely said, no ma'am, you got the wrong number and then click. She hung up on me. I am not a customer, but this was extremely rude. Just thought I'd put that out there. I hope the rest of the people working there aren't rude like this lady.
Called last week and was trying to make an appt asap. The guy on the phone said the business accounteant was only in certain days and the next day would be Monday. And so I made the appointment for today Monday. I was scheduled at 10am. I get to the location and the guy in the office mentions that the accountant just messaged him and he's going to be very late, and if I wanted to come back.
