Horrible servicio, se equivicarón con mi formulario de taxes, despues de un año soy notificada del error por parte del IRS, rc ME COBRÓ DE NUEVO por el error que ellos cometieron, el personal no esta capacitado para realizar los procesos que ofrecen, si tienen la oportunidad encuentren otro lugar, pésimo servicio.
This is by far the worst tax service we’ve ever experienced. The advisor was completely unprepared, unprofessional, and unable to answer even the most basic questions. They offered hardly any guidance, but even worse, they gave out misinformation, mishandled sensitive financial details, and filed documents incorrectly, which directly caused us serious problems with the IRS.
