Mr. Rick has handled my tax preparations for over 17 years, and I have consistently relied on his services. However, in recent times, there have been recurring delays in the submission of my returns, accompanied by a lack of communication or proactive measures to address these issues. The initial instance was attributed to personal challenges, which I fully comprehended. Nevertheless, the same problem reoccurred in the subsequent year.
