Horrible! Unprofessional and argumentative! Kept extending the pick up time. I called to see where they were and he said they were on the way. I called nearly 20 minutes later and he began yelling saying I just called him 5 minutes ago. Had to send a screenshot to prove how long it had been.
This place is rachet, unprofessional, rude, and on top of it all some dam thieves. Especially if ur using them through your insurance company. This morning LEBRON from RSB towing was the tow truck driver assigned to my car. He got to the car and the auto shop was not open as yet at10am He called and express to me that in order for him to tow my car without the key. I needed to cash app him 40 dollars extra.
