I was anxious attending the bank to close an account but Zanda/Zandar was fantastic! Very warm and friendly and sorted everything out efficiently. She is a real credit to you :)
I have received good service from members of staff here when I was changing my name on my accounts. It's a shame they try and do everything they can to get you to use machines rather than speak to a person. I had to take a day off work to go in and see them as their opening hours are absolutely shocking and are no use for customers and businesses wanting to bank with them
Need more training . I went in to change my name to married name and order a new card . Lady had no idea what she was doing which was made clear when 2 weeks later I received 2 pay in books ( I did not order them ) and no card . Checked online no card issued so had to order my own . Disappointing
