Excellent bank with top-notch customer service! I had a great experience, thanks to Bernadette, who was incredibly supportive and provided expert and valuable advice. The interior is beautifully designed, very fancy, modern, and always spotless. The bank offers excellent services and has a strong reputation. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!
Efficient, Reliable and Fast.
Yesterday, in their "wisdom" the RBS fraud team cancelled my card, leaving me stuck in London with no working card, no cash and no means of unlocking my card (or using the "get cash" function). Whilst RBS overall get zero stars, I do have to say a huge thank you to the lovely people in this branch who helped me - the lady at the desk and the man on the door (sorry, missed your names in my stress) were the epitome of good customer service. Thank you.
