Great place to work, been there 5 years now.
I've worked here for just a few months. But I wanted to see how RBS would treat me before I reviewed it. So far, they have treated me with 100% respect. Dispatch is incredible. The field safety/supervisors are pretty good guys, too. I have made quite a few buddies that are also Class 1 drivers, like myself. The pay is nice. The benefits are nice. The trucks are new, and the mechanics are awesome. I have had no issues with the company at all. Just with 4-wheelers sometimes being mean on the road. Comes with the territory. LoL... read more
