My partner hired you to do her taxes back in April of 2024. She has paid you for three years, yet you only completed one. I have checked with the IRS and you haven't filed those taxes. We have been trying to get in contact with you for months. We want a refund and are thinking about reporting you to the IRS

I had my 2022 tax return filing with this office, everything is good until in Oct.2022 we received IRS tax due request and MA state tax review request. Rebecca promised she will get this incorrect IRS tax due abated, but this never happened, and she ignore my email for more than 5 times not replied and I still do not hear from her today (Jan.10.2024). I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of service I’ve received here. Rebecca often ignored my multiple questions, to then find out months later she was ignoring them because she didn’t complete the work. More recently, I’ve been trying to get a pre-approval, and in the process some discrepancies were identified in my tax documents. I’ve reached out to her by phone and email multiple times (including the loan officer!) for the past month and a half for an explanation or correction and we’ve received 0 responses.
