Was followed around by a man in a wheelchair throughout the store so I just walked away
Horrible. Awful, unhelpful staff. I called asking for a price since THEIR website says “call store for price”. The man who answered had no idea what product I was talking about (even though it was their front window display). When I offered to give him the SKU from the website to be more specific, he said “we don’t deal with the website” and hung up on me. There’s a reason this store is always empty. They are an embarrassment to WEM, and the fact that the owner is responding to every negative review with snarky, rude replies... read more
