Going to RBM recovery has been amazing. I've been able to use it as a space to completely switch off and relax. I love flicking through the mags while using the compression boots, then sweating it out in the sauna. I always leave feeling refreshed. It is especially great for recovery after a competition like Hyrox
Loved my experience at RBM recovery. I wanted a little extra recovery after Hyrox, and the day after my visit my muscle soreness had significantly reduced. The private space was really beautiful and in addition to assisting my body’s physical recovery I walked out feeling extremely relaxed & refreshed - it was a beautiful treat for this mum! Highly recommend! ❤️
The RBM Recovery session is a great way to relax and restore. It is set in newly revamped and spacious facility that is very clean and private. The knowledgeable and caring staff guide you through the use of compression boots, a sauna and an ice bath. It’s both fun and effective—highly recommended!
Awesome experience. So happy a place like this has opened up in Gympie. Excellent value for money and the staff were really helpful and welcoming. Definitely going back again.
RBM recovery is my ultimate investment in health. This place is a sanctuary as well as a recovery space. Time to slow down, breathe and allow yourself some self care, all while reaping the many benefits of physical recovery. Regular sessions each week have been a huge part of my arthritis pain management - I have been able to reduce the need for pain medications and have increased mobility.
