We came in for trim boards with a reference from our contractor and RBM did not dissapoint! From a beautiful, organized stock room, fantastic prices, to answering my interesting questions for future projects, the team at RBM was fantastic! Huge shout out to Jennifer for her incredible service and kindness. We will be back - often!

It’s rare when QUALITY and VALUE can be combined by a business but RBM has done it. One visit to their clean and organized warehouse tells you all you need to know - these people take pride in and know their business. While other retailers where Builders First go provide 12’ lengths that you need a board stretcher on to get them to measure 12’, RBM always seems to provide an extra inch or two to make sure that you get the full usable length you planned on. I will never buy finish lumber anywhere else.
I would give a 5 star for product but the customer service is challenging. Michelle doesn’t seem happy to be there which is fine but when you call and want to organize your product sometime having an accommodative, kind person makes a difference. Moving forward I will find a company that has employees who back up the company and enjoy being there to make my experience better. Bottom line product good, turn around time very long, customer service needs improvement
