Montrell Taylor is the BEST employee at Both RBH MEDICAL CENTERS!
The employee MONTRELL who works at both RBH locations has TERRIBLE customer service and a TERRIBLE attitude. Management did nothing to rectify the way I was treated. He made me very uncomfortable and unheard.
This office isn't completely behind but we're going on the year 2025 so let's get up to date. One staff member said they do physicals here while another said no then they had no idea. All PCPs should do physicals let's start there. Yesterday afternoon I got a physical. Stretched my legs out&laid back on the table I did then Raphael Agada looked at bloodwork results & told me how to manage being pre-diabetic so eat fish,vegetables,be careful of starchy plus sugary stuff.
